We are based in Port St. Joe, Florida and
specialize in homes and cottages at
WindMark Beach,  Barefoot Cottages, Indian
Pass and Cape San Blas.

About Jessica Paterson
In 1995, Jessica and her husband Steve began
building their first home in Apalachicola. This
sparked a love for all things house related, from
the foundation to the finishing touches. Finally, in
2006, she opened Lemongrass Interiors, putting
her passion to work and create beautiful homes
for her clients.
Jessica grew up in Apalachicola and resides in
Port St. Joe. Her style utilizes a blend of natural,
traditional, clean and modern elements.
